For the employment contract the standard contract
of company may be used but there shall be following main conditions:
* Employee's job title or position.
* Basic Monthly Salary: The basic salary shall not be below the
minimum wages according to the laws of the country of employment
or the minimum wages fixed by the govt. of labor supplying country,
whichever is higher.
* Duration of Contract: The duration of contract should not be less
than two years normally but lesser duration may be considered.
* Traveling Expenses: At least one way air passage shall be borne
by the employer.
* Accommodation: The employer shall provide suitable accommodation
free of cost. In case of working in a community where lodging can
be rented and employer wishes to pay the rent, it shall be paid
at rate suitable to the locality.
* Food: The employer shall provide three meals per day to the employee
free of charge of 25% of the basic salary in lieu thereof.
* Working days & working hours: Normally should be 6 days per
week, 8 hours per day, 48 hours per week and one paid weekly holiday.
* Overtime: In case the employee have to work overtime the rate
shall be:
* Normal working day - 1.5 of wage rate
* Weekly holidays - 2.0 of wage rate
*Public holidays - 3.0 of wage rate
*Leave Benefits: The employee shall clearly state the weekly holidays,
annual holidays and vacation specifying number ofdays, payment of
wages and other compensations which shall be according to the laws
of the country of employment.
* Medical Treatments: The employer shall provide free emergency
medical and dental services, including medicine.
* Insurance: The employer shall provide necessary insurance against
death and injury according to the laws of the country of employment.
* Renewal of Contract: The contract is renewable with mutual agreement
of both the employer and employee.
* Other Terms and Conditions: Other terms and conditions in favor
of the employee not covered herein but provided by the laws of the
country of employment shall apply as part of this agreement.
* Certification: The employer and the employee certify that they
have read the agreement and that they fully understand its terms
and conditions together with the application constitute their entire
agreement and that any other agreement or understate aside from
this contract shall be considered null and void.
